About the Teacher

Guru Kaur photograph by Nick Fleming

My name is Guru Kaur. I'm the founder of Regally Graceful™ and the creator of Be the Woman You were Born to Be... Course & Online Community. I'm a life and business advisor, a writer, a public speaker, a leading teacher of Kundalini Yoga and a Sikh minister. I have over 5000 hours experience teaching and mentoring men and women throughout the world.

I was blessed to live as "Guru Kaur" by my spiritual teacher Yogi Bhajan. He was a highly acclaimed and globally recognised teacher of the art and science of being human.

There's something very special about enjoying being yourself. I don't want you to be like me. I want you to like being you.He was adamant that women are the foundation of society; that we would begin to play a bigger role on the planet; and that we must reclaim our diginity and grace as women if society is to survive and prosper.

It is to Yogi Bhajan and the spirit of all he represents that I dedicate Be the Woman....

About Be the Woman... Course & Online Community

The content in Be the Woman You were Born to Be... changed my life, and in the 12 years since I created the course, it has opened the eyes of many women and helped them to live happier, more fulfilling and more exciting lives.

Based on time-tested, proven wisdoms

So many women have come to courses and said, “Wow! This has really changed my life and the lives of the people around me.”Be the Woman... touches on every aspect of a woman's life. It is based on both ancient (and often long forgotten) and modern wisdoms distilled through the practical experience of roles I've played in the home, office, society, and as a student, a business owner and a teacher.

It crystallises a vast array of material from many different sources in a way in which you can easily absorb into your life. The wisdoms and techniques have been time-tested and proven throughout thousands of years of history as well as in my life and the lives of those I have taught.

A powerful experience, open to all...

In the past, I have taught Be the Woman... at international yoga events, to small groups and to corporate clients. One day a woman spoke to me after one of my classes about how impractical it was for to take a week out of schedule and travel to a workshop though what she was learning was improving the lives of her whole family.

Fundamentally, when you’re insecure, you are vulnerable because you have a price. That price is how you compensate and make up for the fact that you’re insecure deep inside. To address this problem and to allow women from around the world to benefit from this information, my business partner Hari Karam Singh and I recreated Be the Woman... using the internet, audio, video and other technologies.

Now you can experience Be the Woman... anywhere that has an internet connection. You can download the course content and take it with you on the train to work. You can listen to the audio while cooking dinner. Not only can you be anywhere in the world, but you can be anythere within your world.

Guidance & support that lasts forever

Have you ever read an inspiring book or taken an incredible workshop and as it finished experienced that meloncholy and even panic that the experience was ending and along with it your excitement and inspiration?

It was a lovely feeling. I had never felt that around a woman. We were just hanging out. We were sitting there having a cup of tea. I thought, “I want to be like that.”Improving your life is a lifetime pursuit. We created the Inner Circle not only to allow you to meet and communicate with me and the other women on the course, but also as a place where you can go for get guidance and inspiration after the 42 day Be the Woman... Course finishes. Together Be the Woman... and the Inner Circle allow the intimacy of a group experience to coexist with the privacy and convenience of reading a book.

and now it's Story Time...

There's a story that my mother used to read to me when I was a child which I often remember. You may enjoy it too. It goes like this:

"One day the wind and the sun decide to have a competition to see which of them can get a young boy to remove his coat on his way to school.

The wind blows and blows but all the boy does is pull his coat tighter and tighter around him. The wind gives up in disgust.

Now it's the sun's turn. She shines down on the little boy, bringing warmth to his cold body. The young boy stops and sits on the grass, takes off his coat and relaxes with a big smile on his face."

This story is about what a woman who really understands who she is.

It’s that inspiration through silent communication. When a woman becomes silent and drops the need to fill the space with idle words, the true inspiration comes through. Some women, when they feel unheard resort to nagging, begging or complaining. Others just talk and talk and talk and talk so it begins to sound like a radio in the background, and others simply just shut down and sulk.

However, when you understand the power of your silence, your presence and your inspiration, you can make the impossible possible.

And we too can be like that....

I do hope that you join us and decide to Be the Woman that You were Born to Be...

with love, blessings, gratitude,

gracefully,

Guru Kaur x
